Dean Davidson
President and CEO

Dean is a graduate of West Virginia University and has over 35 years of international business leadership experience building high performance teams and growing companies into world-class organizations. Over the course of his career, Dean has worked for companies such as Dana Corporation, Siemens and Toyota Motor Company prior to joining RMF in 2011 as General Manager.
Adam Brumfield
Vice President
20+ years – RMF, Business Finance BS, Winthrop University
As Vice President, Adam oversees the Business Development and revenue growth of the organization while managing effective Quality and Customer Service departments. The Business Development group consists of Process Engineers that manage projects from RFQ to Start of Production (SOP). The Quality and Customer Service teams work closely managing the internal and external customer requirements.
